I can't sign in to my Dropbox Windows app, as it's stuck starting up.

It was available until yesterday lunchtime
I don't know what's going on, it's out of sync and keeps saying it's starting up
This happens not only on my laptop, but also on other synchronized devices.
I don't have any security programs or firewalls, and I've tried reinstalling them, but they don't work. I can still access Dropbox through the internet site.
What should I do?

    Out of curiosity, were there any type of Dropbox or OS updates, right before the syncing issues started?

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end? I’d like to have a visual and investigate further.

        Does this persist after rebooting your computer and/or quitting and relaunching the app?

        Do you have any security apps that might be causing issues by the way?
