I can't sign in to my Dropbox Windows app, as it's stuck starting up.
It was available until yesterday lunchtime
I don't know what's going on, it's out of sync and keeps saying it's starting up
This happens not only on my laptop, but also on other synchronized ...

Out of curiosity, were there any type of Dropbox or OS updates, right before the syncing issues started?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end? I’d like to have a visual and investigate further.

Does this persist after rebooting your computer and/or quitting and relaunching the app?
Do you have any security apps that might be causing issues by the way?

Rebooting or quitting the app doesn't fix the problem.There is no security app to cause the problem.
I am attaching a community thread with the same symptoms.
Advanced deletion (registry, etc) as per the above post does not solve the problem.

설명해주셔서 감사합니다, yoodsp2. 처음에 재설치에 대해 언급하셨는데요. 컴퓨터에서 Dropbox 앱을 완전히 제거하고 다시 설치했는데 아무런 차이가 없었다는 뜻인가요?
그렇지 않고 현재 3개 이상의 기기가 연결된 무료 Basic 플랜에 가입하지 않았다면, 시도해 보시고 무슨 일이 일어나는지 알려주시겠어요?

Thanks for clarifying, yoodsp2. You mentioned in the beginning something about reinstalling; did you mean you’ve completely removed the Dropbox app from your computer, reinstalled it, and it didn’t make any difference?
If not, and you’re not on the free Basic plan with more than 3 devices currently linked, can you give this a go and let me know what happens?
