Dropbox Passwords remains blank.
Recently I upgraded to windows 8.1 I added Dropbox passwords to chrome and I logged in but without asking for recovery words
it just showed this.
I deleted and reinstalled Dropbox passwords but it still didn't fix the problem I even upgraded from windows 8.1 32 bit to 64 bit
but even that didn't work.
Please help all my passwords are in Dropbox passwords.
Hey H_dropver, sorry to jump in, but can you clear your browser's cache and try again?
Apart from that, make sure to update your Chrome to the latest version and if the issue persists, try another browser as well.If you happen to be on the Basic plan, note that you can use Dropbox Passwords on up to 3 devices.

Hey HarryH, thanks for reaching out to us.
I moved your post under this relevant thread, I hope that's alright.
Is it possible that you're using Passwords on 3 devices already?
With the Basic plan, you are limited to using Passwords on only 3 devices, could that be the case with you as well?
- HarryHExplorer | Level 3It is definitely possible but how do I manage my devices to tell?

Hey HarryH, sorry to jump in here, but you should be able to find the devices that are linked to your Dropbox account on this page.
Apart from that, you can access your Dropbox Passwords settings from the waffle icon on the upper left corner on your account's homepage.
I hope this helps and please keep us posted with any updates, Harry!
