Dropbox Passwords remains blank.

Recently I upgraded to windows 8.1 I added Dropbox passwords to chrome and I logged in but without asking for recovery words it just showed this.     I deleted and reinstalled Dropbox ...

    Hey H_dropver, sorry to jump in, but can you clear your browser's cache and try again? 


    Apart from that, make sure to update your Chrome to the latest version and if the issue persists, try another browser as well. 

     

    If you happen to be on the Basic plan, note that you can use Dropbox Passwords on up to 3 devices.
