Dropbox app is stuck indexing two files for weeks on my Windows device.
For weeks the Sync Icon is busy turning. Hovering the mouse over the icon it says "indexing two files", opening the icon it says " two files ar syncing". How can I stop this? How can I find out, whic...
Thanks for the screenshots, Michael L.43! Can you go ahead and reinstall the Dropbox app on your computer?
If this doesnât make a difference, please perform an advanced reinstall instead.

Hi Nancy, thanks for your help. In your support docs thers is a lot about the "advanced reinstall" but I canot find anything about a non-advanced reinstall. Would you please explain how this is done without resyncing 80GB?
