Couldn't Start Dropbox error
on new Mac, installed dropbox, and received this message when trying to connect on desktop
Couldn't start Dropbox
This is usually because of a permissions error..... please contact Dropbox support with the following info for help:

Hi, can anyone help me, Dropbox app wont open on my mac under my user anymore, i keep getting a permissions error, but it opens fine if i login as a guest user, have tried deleting all dropbox files etc, have reinstalled etc, firewall is off etc, have tried all the tricks suggested here, can anyone help?

I have this problem too. I have already gone through the suggested tick box exercise. How do I do an advanced reinstall? Thanks for your help. (BTW I tried using the BOT and it thought I wanted to delete my Dropbox - not helpful!)
