Referal quota is suddenly gone

Hi,

I had close to 18GB quota due multiple successful referrals. Suddenly, my quota is down to 2GB with no warning. I had a whole ornaization system based on my existing quota. Is the referral program gone? What happened? I don't see anything online about this. Any information is welcomed.

    When I go to my referrals page it says:

    Total bonus space earned 16.25 GB
     
    But I only have 2GB somehow!!
