My account won't get deleted, even if I am over my estimated quota, right?
I keep getting emails that i am over my storage. I have free subscription. they won't remove my account right?

No, they wont. However they may delete it if you dont log in for a long time.
It is also worth noting that, while they've not done it yet, it IS within the T&C's of the accounts that Dropbox can delete files to bring you under quota if needed.
