Message that I have exceeded my storage limit, even though I deleted a lot of files
I am receiving a message that I am using 101% of my storage.
When a deleted more than 1.3 GB of files my "storage used" did not change.
I have deleted everything but 1 file, 1 Photo, 1 App- 1Password.
Hey HPR1, apologies for jumping in!
Can you also send me a screenshot of what you see here and here, so that I can have a visual?
Do you have any external drives perhaps that may be backed up to Dropbox? This feature is different to computer backup, so this could be a possible explanation why this is happening.
Let me know when you’ve got more updates.

I have the 2GB Free Plan.
I have deleted myself from all shared files.
I only have the one App - 1Password which have have had on Dropbox for years and never had a problem with storage.
How do I get a fix to this instead of upgrading?

I forgot to say I have not turned on the backup feature.
