I can't activate the Acer 100 GB offer on my account

I have recently bought a new Acer laptop and have got an offer of 100GB free space for a year. I have followed the steps to create a new account but the available storage is still shown as 2GB.

    Was there already a Dropbox icon in your task bar, when you purchased the computer, or did you manually install the Dropbox app? 

     

    Is your device brand new or has it been refurbished?
