I can't activate Dropbox Backup on my new Mac
Hi Team,
i have a company Dropbox account, on my old laptop i did put automatic backup for my desktop, so bascially everything i put on my desktop backs up directly which was very convenient, now i was given a new laptop, and when i installed Dropbox on my new laptop using the same username, it is not giving me the option to choose Automatic back up anymore, see below image, i unlinked Dropbox from my old laptop, and i have all the old files online on Dropbox, so the files are safe but i would like to do back up my new desktop automatically just like how it use to be.
Hi again Mhmd Hakam, and sorry for any delays. I see you mentioned in the beginning that you’re part of a Business team.
Can you check with your team admin (in case you’re not one yourself), if they’ve disabled the Dropbox Backup feature for the whole team? Here’s how they can double check this on their end.

Hi Mhmd Hakam, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you confirm the exact version of the OS and the Dropbox desktop application that you're running on your machine?
This will help me to assist further!
