Dropbox Plus trial has ended and my previous storage size hasn't been returned to me
I took out the trial and decided to cancel at the end. I had 20GB prior to the trial and now they've put me on 2GB. How do I get my 20GB space back! I'd earned this by referrals etc and wouldn't have started the trial if I knew this would have been the outcome. It certainly wasn't mentioned when they signed me up. I'm now have great operational issues as my folder is now oversize and I don't want to loose my data inside my Previous 20GB area.
Help!
It was showing only 2GB yesterday, however it's now back to the previous 16.7GB limit (the 20GB was a guestimate, sorry).
All sorted now thanks!

Hey IanKinder, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Generally, referral space is permanent and it doesn't get removed, even if your account gets upgraded/downgraded, but you can only earn up to 16 GB from referrals.
That being said, can you check the plan tab in your account settings and let us know how much space it reports?
Thanks!
