Dropbox keeps saying my account is full, even though there are no excess files.

I have Dropbox Basic. I accidentally started to download a large photo collection which exceeded my 2GB limit.  Now it tells me that my account is full, although when I go to File Explorer I don't see any of the photos, just one unrelated item.  How do I delete all the photos from Dropbox, when I can't even see them.

    Thanks for your post, mjhertz.

To clarify, have you checked your account online and you don’t see any of these photos there either?

What do you see on your Backups page here

Keep me posted for any updates.
