The device is blocked when connecting iPhone with my PC.

When I connect my iPhone to the PC the synchronization doesn't start and I get this message "The device is blocked
Dropbox could not import photos because Apple iPhone may be blocked. Unlock it and try again."
My Dropbox plan is the 3TB one and I have about 15 thousand photos on my phone (I don't know if this info will be useful)
Please help me

Hey there, PORRITA, sorry to hear about that!

I found an older, similar thread right here. Would you mind trying what my colleague, Walter suggested and let me know if this solves the issue for you?

I'll be waiting for your updates!

I tried the method of his colleague Walter but nothing, this doesn't work either! I try and try again but nothing works... among other things I had already previously given the authorization

Could you reboot your computer, unplug and re-plug the iPhone after restarting it as well and let us know if you still get the same error PORRITA?

If you do, we'd appreciate a screenshot too.
