PDFs no longer have OCR after being scanned in the Dropbox app
Suddenly I'm having trouble loading Dropbox PDFs (either saved as from JPEGs on Dropbox or created with Dropbox scanner) into Microsoft Word.
"New" issues:
- PDF exceeds "maximal page size" - How can I change the default page size on Dropbox PDF scanner?
- Text in/on the Dropbox PDF is not OCR. Even after going through the trouble of changing the PDF size, the text is not OCR (not readable when loading or inserting in to Microsoft Word document and/or cannot be selected, copied, and pasted).
All help welcome! Thank you!

Hi amcoffice, thanks for messaging the Community.
Currently, there isn't a method to change the size of documents scanned using the document scanning feature.
The OCR feature for Dropbox is only available for files on the Dropbox site itself for searching purposes. The OCR data isn't attached to the PDF as metadata, so it won't be possible to copy this data to another location.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
