can't find scanned documents from phone
I used to have no issues with finding my mobile scanned documents on my dropbox. As of today...I can't find them on my dropbox account. Where are they? Where are they going after I save? What am I not doing. I know how to scan from the mobile phone and it's saving but then what?
Hi dixiegirl, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you able to locate the files from the events page?
Is it possible they were deleted from your account?
This will help me to assist further!

Found my error-
I wasn't able to find in recents and nor where they deleted; However, I did find my error:
for some reason, my scanned documents (now) default to be saved to a folder on my desktop- I don't remember doing this set up specifically. But I went to do a trial scan and saw that I need to click the "scanned" folder location for the document to be saved into. I don't know why this default folder changed- which is something that could be looked at the program-development level.
Thank you.
