"Only I can access" -- I can't seem to change this despite reading up on it?
I don't quite understand how to resolve this on my own. I've uploaded files from portfolio of mine with the intention of sharing them for an admission's requirement to a secondary school program....

They only said that the drive was locked and needed me to provide them access.
I am able to open the link fine on my end in an incognito browser.
EDIT: I was able to solve the problem. I set everything to allow whoever to view it to edit the files. I know that's probably not the right fix for other issues but it worked for my purposes for this particular issue.
Thank you for your help!

What is the exact error message they get when you send the shared link to them?
You can determine this yourself by opening the shared link in an incognito/private browsing window when you're not logged into your account.
