Online only sync with desktop app on Windows 11

I have lost the option to make folders or files 'online only' when right-clicking on them (my PC is running Windows 11). I have searched previous queries on this in the community and none of the purported solutions appear to work on my computer. I have removed and reinstalled the desktop app twice now but to no avail. Please can someone tell me how I can get the option for online only back? I don't have anywhere near enough hard drive space to sync all my Dropbox contents on my laptop, but I do want to be able to access them when online in the way I could previously. Thanks!

Hey maxwurr - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files in your Dropbox folder and another one of the desktop app's status and version as shown in your taskbar?

    Thanks!

Hi Walter - attached is a shot of the right-click options. I'm not entirely sure what you mean about the app version and status in my task bar. I only have a small Dropbox icon in my system tray and I can't see anything about version or status, but if I click on it, the app opens and looks like the attached. If this is no help, can you please explain how I would find out the version and status?

It seems that the app is still syncing your files maxwurr

The options to make your files available offline or online only will show up once it's 'up to date' (fully synced).

You can speed-up the process by adjusting your bandwidth settings through the app's preferences, if needed.
