Nothing happens when I click on the "Create" button to open a file request.

I have been trying for a couple of days to create a new file request but it's not working. Once you click 'Create' the thinking spinning wheel never completes.

Tried different folders, tried over multiple days. Google Chrome. nothing...

It wont let me link to a screenshot sorry

  • I have gone back in today and it's working again. Same Chrome browser. So what ever it was over the last few days has fixed itself.

    Thanks

    Thanks for your post, funwin.

Does the same thing happen on different browsers, or even, an incognito window?

You can attach your screenshot here by clicking on the camera button that’s located in your message box.

Keep me in the loop for any updates.
