Issues with Signatures and templates
I upgraded my plan to Dropbox Essentials for the unlimited signatures.
My signatures are limited to 3 requests. And each time I try to Create a template inside Dropbox > Signatures, it gets stuck on the Preparing page for 15+ minutes and then times out due to inactivity.
I followed the instructions from Dropbox Support: clear ALL cache, cookies, try different browsers, confirm browsers are up-to-date, try in incognito. I still get the same results.

Microsoft Edge for Business (Version 122.0.2365.52 (Official build) (64-bit)):
Google Chrome (Version 122.0.6261.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)): disabled all extensions, updated, relaunched, cleared cache & cookies again.

I am able to send signature requests okay. I'm now down to 1 signature request this month. I paid for a year worth of Essentials over a week ago.
Any advice? I would really like to get this working. Thank you
