I have my own account but I'm stuck on my team account.

I was added to a team account and now that account has expired and I’m stuck on that a o and can’t upload to my personal account that I pay for? I’ve tried to log out and log in on my account and it just bring me right into the old team account I can see my account and all my files but I click on it and it still saying I’m in the team account and can’t upload?

    You mentioned that the team account you're part of has expired. Would you like to let me know more? 

     

    Is the payment expired, and where do you see that? Also, are you the admin of the team, or a member? 

     

    It sounds based on the info you shared that you're a member of the Team. In that case, you might need to ask for your admin to remove you, or leave the Team yourself. 

     

    That depends on the state of the team at the moment.
