Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you please check the firewall? Can you please try the following?
- Go to Apple logo top left corner
- System Settings
- Network
- Firewall
- Can you check if it is allowed for Dropbox?
We can take it from there.

My Firewall was actually turned off. I turned on and added Dropbox. So far no changes in syncing.
