I can't send files. "Error creating transfer. Please try again."
Every single time I try to send files from my dropbox to someone else, the message "Error creating transfer. Please try again." appears.
So I thought it was the file size, Nope. Same message ev...

When did you first notice this behavior?
Also, would you mind checking your plan page, and let me know the subscription you're currently using? Does this happen with all file types?

Hi iiman - sorry to hear about this.
Is it possible that your transfers exceeded the bandwidth limits, causing your sharing activities to be banned?
How long have you been getting this error? Do you also get an error when creating a shared link?

I'm also getting this message which began last night after multiple successful uses. As of now, not a single file can be transferred, all previously transfers are cleared, and the files aren't big (which shouldn't be a problem, as I created a single file 65Gb transfer the other day). No indication of banning and all bills are up to date.

I'm assuming you've tried using an entirely different browser to create your Transfer, right?
Would you mind sending over a screenshot of the error message you get on your end, please?
