I cannot see files in my account but my team members can.

Hello. I have a hard time viewing the files my teammate uploaded. It is available in everyone's folder but I cannot see it on my end even though it was shared with me. Please help!

    Do the files have any incompatible characters or symbols in them, preventing them from syncing to your machine?

      No there are no special characters with the file names. My team can see the files but not on my end.

    Just to clarify: are you able to see the content when you visit your account online? 

     

    How exactly did they share the content with you? Did they add you, in order for you to be part of the shared folder?

      I also cannot see the files online. The folder where files are uploaded is being shared with the team and I had access to that until yesterday when all of the uploads to that folder for the day were not visible on my end. I checked on my teammate's computer, and theirs was perfectly fine

        If you cannot see the files online, then it means that you're not invited to the same folder as the other people, or you haven't added it to your account.

         

        Could you check your shared folders to see if the folder is there?
