removing member from my account
A member who shares my files has an email address that is no longer valid. How do I remove it or how does she remove it? She shares the files through another email address which does work.
I have a basic account and cannot see a way of doing it.
Any help will be appreciated.

Perhaps I just need to unshare it from all folders and the problem will go away. Is this the only way, do you think?
Yes, exactly. 😉

Hi messiaen, and thanks for posting on our Community!
Can you please clarify if she has two separate Dropbox accounts (one under the old email address and another under the new one), or if her Dropbox account is linked to an old email address and she’d like to update it to the new one?
That’ll help me guide you further.

Hi Nancy.
Thank you for your help.
No. I own the account. I just provide a link for her to share my folders. But she two email addresses linked to mine. One email address no longer exists, so we want to remove it, but don't know how. So then there will be only 2 members listed once it is removed: myself and her using her working email address. She does have a Dropbox account but is independent of this one and so is not related in any way.

Hey messiaen, I think we'll need some more info, so we can be clear on your sharing situation.
Is this a shared folder that you have shared with her, giving her edit access, so she can upload files?
This would mean that you both have access to the folder, each from your own Dropbox account.
Or are you perhaps sending her file requests, so that she can only upload the files, but not have access to the folder?
