File request doesn't work instead it gives me an error.
Hello, I have a Professional plan and 3GB space left, but when I create a File request, the page with the generated URL displays "This file requested has been closed, deleted, or never existed".

Hey t3ch, let's jump right into this!
Does this happen with every File Request that you try to share?
If you use a shared link, do you get any errors? Do they work normally? Let me know how long has this been happening for.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Today I tried multiple times to create a new File Request but noticed always the same issue. I don't know how long this problem has happened, I noticed it right now and probably haven't used this feature ever. Two broken File Request URLs:

Thanks for the info t3ch!
Have you tried sharing your content either through a shared link, or shared folder just to see if this works?
Have you noticed any Dropbox-related emails about your sharing activity being temporarily paused?

Dear Megan,
I tried to share a link but I have information that it's not possible:
"Error in call to API function /2/sharing/create_shared_link_with_settings: We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement."
Can you check when it happened and what is the real reason of this? I can't remember I did something wrong on my account, can it be a mistake?
