File request - empty page

Hi everyone,

When I create a file request I can invite people via mail but the website ist empty and nothing is shown.

I tested it on serval devices and different networks and browsers but the website is always empty.

Any idea what's the problem here?

    Hi,

Suddenly all File Requests (that I've created in the past or that I've newly created) result in an "Error (404) We can't find the page you're looking for" message. I've tried on multiple computers (MacBook Pro and Mac Studio) and using multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). And the results are the same for me as for the people to whom I send the links.

    Help!

Hi Simofi, let's jump right into this!

If you try to use an incognito tab on any of your browsers, does your File Request still appear empty?

Also, what happens when you visit your Home page, and then click on the left sidebar, on File Requests? Are you able to see your request there?

    Keep me posted!

Hi Simofi, could there be a VPN, firewall, security app, or antivirus restricting traffic to any of our official domains?

Also, make sure that you don't have any third party browser extensions or plugins that could be affecting this.

Have a look and let me know of any updates, thanks!
