Dropbox will not sync on Mac OS Monterey
I have reinstalled dropbox and checked settings and permission, yet it will not sync. I cannot find any way to get phone support. Can anyone please assist?
- 3 years agoSince you're still getting an error, could you try a clean, advanced reinstall and let us know how it goes claireb1?
Just make sure to remove any devices that might be putting you over your account's limit from your Security page, if you're on the Basic plan that is.

Thanks, everyone. I'm not sure why the reinstall didn't work previously.

If having problems like Claire all you have to do is go to privacy settings under security then (accessibility, full disc access and files and folders selected for it to work under Mac Monterey without reinstalling.

I am facing the same problems as Claire, even after the advanced reinstall. Where do I find these privacy settings? i find the security under personal account, but there are no privacy settings there...
