Cant' follow a folder
Hi. I'm trying to follow a folder, the settings are set to "Files added" and "As activity occurs", but I hadn't gotten a notification even once so far, after over 10 files were uploaded. I do get other emails from dropbox on my email, and I checked the spam folder just in case.

How are they being uploaded? Is it in to a shared folder?
If so you dont actually get notification emails for them, sorry.

So I can follow a folder, and it just won't work? That sounds pretty weird

The notifications are for the main web page at www.dropbox.com/home - they are not email notifications.
- JayDropbox StaffHi Vitamin Bread, have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list?
Could you try unfollowing and then following it again?
Keep me updated with any progress!- Vitamin BreadExplorer | Level 3
Yeah, I've done both, but it didn't help. Some files were uploaded 6 and 1 days ago and I still got 0 notifications.

Hey there, Vitamin Bread, I hope you're doing wel!
Did you receive an email confirming that you're following a folder?
In case you didn't, feel free to repeat once more the unfollow process, and then check for two things:(1) if you got the confirmation and (2) if you got any notifications about the updates.
