Can’t upload PDF it says there is an issue with the name.

Hi! Since a few days back, I get an error message when uploading a PDF. It says there might me an issue with the name. But it still happens even with the simplest of names. Tried to log out/in, rein...

    Working now! Problem solved with the new update of the Dropbox app from Apple Appstore. Thanks for fixing this! Cheers!

Same problem here as well! Discovered it after meticulously scanning 10 pages which then couldn’t be saved. Please fix this.

    Hi Luciano A.1! I’m sorry to hear the same issue persists. 

     

    Did you also clear the Dropbox app’s cache before reinstalling/restarting your device? If not, can you please give that a try as well, and let me know how it goes?

     

    For anyone else that has the issue, can you please try the same and keep me posted for any updates?

        Hello Dropbox-users

        This morning there was a new version 316.3 in the Appstore. Problem solved! Thanks to the Dropbox Community and to the Dropbox team for the solution.

      I followed the above instructions including resetting the cache before restart and it did not work.

       

      Still same issue.
