Automating camera uploads

HI All,

I'd like to minimize the number of button clicks when I take pictures.

Right now I have to click Use and Save.  Can i eliminate having to click those buttons.

Any issues can be sorted out once the images have hit my dropbox folder.

Thanks in advance,

Peter

I'm not following you. The Camera Uploads feature is already automated. You just need to open the Dropbox app on occasion and it will automatically upload any photos or videos you've taken.

What is the process, exactly, that you're following now? Where are you seeing the Use and Save options?

      Hi Rich,

      Here's the process we're using:

      1. Open DropBox app on iPhone
      2. Click + button
      3. Select Take Photos
      4. Click the Camera Shutter button
      5. Click Use Photo (on the lower right)
      6. Click Save button on the upper right
      7. Click + button for the next picture
      8. Go back to Step 3 (Take Photos)

I'd like to eliminate steps 5,6 & 7 and just be able to click the Camera button over and over again without the confirmation steps.

If you're taking pictures directly in the Dropbox app, then no, it's not possible to eliminate the steps needed. Have you looked into the Camera Uploads feature? It automatically uploads the photos and videos that are saved to your phone's camera roll/gallery.
