Hi there Zelda318 - sorry to hear about your missing files.
If you made sure that you're looking at the correct Dropbox account, could you have a look at your deleted files page and your events page and let me know if you see any signs of your files?

Hi Walter,
I feel so stupid! Apparently, I accidentally opened a new account using my second email address. I decided to try logging in again under my original address I use most often. And, of course, there were all my files, too. I decided to upgrade to more services under that original account just now.
However, that means I have a second account with nothing in it under my gmail address. I need to delete this account. Should I just go into it and follow the link to do this?Thanks for your time and help, Walter!

If you'd like to delete your second account, indeed, all you need to do is login to it and follow the steps in this article.
Just make sure it's the right account!
