Powerpoint file not opening online
I'm trying to edit a presentation a colleague shared with me but can't get it to open with Poweerpoint for the web tool. I see the file icon in my folder. It opens in the browser when I click on it. Chosing the Open / Powerpoint for the web button opens a new tab which sometimes asks me to log into my MS Online account, which I do. I then get a loading page that seems to refresh itself for many minutes, before finally giving an "Ooops something went wrong" error. The tab is labelled "undefined - Excel for the web". (Viz., Excel not Powerpoint.) Any ideas?
I am using Firefox on Windows 7. I have tried quitting Firefox and opeing again in private mode. Neither Powerpoint and Excel are open on the workstation.
Thanks.
Hey there DG5243; welcome aboard and thanks for using Dropbox!
Can you please let me know if you get any different results after clearing your browser's cache and on other browsers?
Thanks!

Rebooting and restarting Firefox didn't help. I'm reluctant to clear the cache since private browsing didn't work. But it does seem to open in Internet Explorer. Using Firefox on a different computer (Windows 10) also seems to work. Thanks.
