New computer, logged into dropbox and all my files are gone - both on web and on my computer.
I've tried finding someone to recitfy this problem, a technical person who could probably fix this issue in 30 seconds, yet I've spent hours trying find a solution in your community with no luck. Please help - I need these files to work and you are costing me... please contact me by email on [email removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hey Wheredidtheygo, sorry to hear that your files are missing.
Is it possible that you used a different email address than the one you had used for your original account?
Can you please have a look at your events page and let me know what you find? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
Also, what about your deleted files page?
