My employer removed all my files and I can't contact support
How about if Dropbox connected a link to their chat button? It doesn't respond, not in English anyway..
Also, my employer seems to have done something (during updating) that removed all my file...

Have you reached out to your team admin to ask exactly what they did, what process was followed, etc.? That will provide a clue as to what may be need to recover your files, if possible.
