Missing files and folders

I went to login to my dropbox and I am in tears I have been with this company for some years now.  All my files and folders are missing.  I can't seem to be able to talk to a person.  What is going on?  Can someone please help me?

Thank you for your support.  I finally figured out that I must have changed my email address associated with my account.  I was able to get back in.

Hi bettymullins, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you part of a Dropbox Business team?

Do you see any deleted files or recent events showing these changes?

This will help me to assist further.

No nothing in my deleted files.  it is now showing me as basic plan and I have been paying for plus plan for several years.  I had recently received a strange email from someone that stated I needed to change my payment from preloaded card to another form of payment.  i am hoping this was not a hacker. I never had any problems playing with that card ever.  i had to change my password to even get back into dropbox.
