I can't recover my Dropbox account or my files

Hi, I have an account, and I haven't joined Dropbox since several years. When I try to join, I receive a message, it explain I have to change password, but emails don't arrive. I don't have blocked ...

    If you haven't logged into the account for over 12 months, then it sounds like the account was deactivated due to inactivity

     

    Due to this, it wouldn't be possible the account, or the files within. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
