I can't recover my Dropbox account or my files
Hi, I have an account, and I haven't joined Dropbox since several years.
When I try to join, I receive a message, it explain I have to change password, but emails don't arrive. I don't have blocked Dropbox in email, and I added no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts, but I don't receive any email. How can I access to my account, please?

If you haven't logged into the account for over 12 months, then it sounds like the account was deactivated due to inactivity.
Due to this, it wouldn't be possible the account, or the files within. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

Hi jcmort, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify if you meant that you haven't logged into Dropbox for a while, as in over a year ago?
Do you see any events or deleted files showing any missing files?

I haven't logged in for several years. 2 days ago, I tried to log in and it asked me to change my password, but when I tried to change the password, it gave me an error. So, I asked for a verification link, which Dropbox said it sent me, but I don't get the email, I don't have it in my inbox or in spam.
