Folders and files disappeared. How do I get them back?
There is no email for support.
My files and folders disappeared. The sales staff is said to contact support. I want to restore my files and folders.
It has been many years since I logged in. I was on a basic plan.
Is there any way to get it back?
- Hi Nick, you can use the DBFILESUserAuthRoutes.deleteV2 method to delete a file or folder:

Hey there, Kris131, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that it's been many years since you last logged into your account.
Therefore, I'm afraid that if the account wasn't accessed, the content along with the account itself must have been deleted.
In this case, there's no way to recover any of the content.
I hope this clarifies!
