I keep getting emails that my DropBox is full, even though my account shows that I have 6.3 GB
I keep getting emails stating "Your Dropbox is full and is no longer syncing files. New files added to your Dropbox folder won't be accessible on your other devices and won't be backed up online."
When I check VIEW SYNC ISSUES in the DB app (via my Mac's top tab in Finder) there are no problems shown. I also checked my account via the website, which shows I'm only using 234.13 MB of 6.25 GB. So what gives? Why do I keep getting these emails?

Can you make sure you do not have two Dropbox accounts?
You can check your Dropbox desktop application for its connected account, by opening the app's preferences, and then checking under Account.
Let me know what you find.
