Getting an error (5XX) on the website
Hello DropBox,
Currently receiving Error (5XX). How long does it generally take to resolve this?

This thread says "Solved," but I'm still getting the error message and have been for the past 30 minutes.

Same error. Cannot even see a place to send them an email. It appears they have no personalized support. If not for the community of CUSTOMERS helping eachother out, we'd be in the dark.
