Files opening very slowly in Dropbox folder

Hello Team,

My DP files open very slowly. I looked up online and uninstalled and re-installed the app, but the problem still exists. The next step was to contact the support team where I didn't find my problem in the categories there. Please help me.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

MedAmor

Thanks for joining our Community, MedAmor.

Are you referring to opening files through the Dropbox mobile app or the Dropbox folder on your computer?

Depending on the device you're using, can you also let us know your OS and version and the version of the Dropbox app?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

      Hi Hannah,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I am using DP on my laptop with windows 11. I just installed the app from the link your colleague had provided before (https://www.dropbox.com/downloading). I think it should be the latest version.

        Thanks for clarifying, MedAmor!

If you close the Dropbox app completely, does the issue persist?
