Excel sheet cannot be opened on my iPad
I got the message that Microsoft Office mobile want to have access to sheets and files in my Dropbox, when I agree, it does not open and ask me instead the same question again. The same she makes no problems on my iPhone, only on the iPad

Hi there Micha Sinai - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If you're getting the same error after rebooting your device, could you send us a screenshot, so that we can have a visual too?
Thanks!

I am having the same problem. It actually started on my phone, after I updated the iOS. It was fine on my iPad but I updated the iOS on it, too, and now have the same problem.

Do you have a screenshot of the exact error perhaps Mikmeister?
- MikmeisterExplorer | Level 3Not sure how to attach a screen shot here. Essentially Dropbox says Microsoft Office Mobile wants access to files and folder in Dropbox, tells us to log into Dropbox. Then in Excel the folders and files become searchable, but if you try to open any given Excel or Word file, it loops back to the same prompt about Microsoft wanting access.
