I am having the same problem today as well. Everything was working fine until today.
- Lusil6 years agoDropbox StaffHey peeps!As a first step, could you please try refreshing the page and see if you’re able to navigate as normal through it?If not, could you please try the following:
- Access the website through another browser.
- Ensure that you don’t have any third party apps running in your browser.
- Use incognito/private browsing mode.
- Clear the cache.

This is the second time in about 3 weeks that this has happened to me. I have a DB Business account. Really a problem not being able to access work files.

Thanks, Lusll. Tried all that before asking this question. None of it makes a difference.
I did just have a momentary, temporary success...but then the error returned. I got to the main page when trying to get back to this forum, and it showed normally...but clicking anywhere eradicated that screen and the "hiccup" screen returned. I entered the support url directly to get back to the "Community" forum here.
One data point that may or may not be of interest: This computer recently updated to Windows 10 version 1903.

yeah.....nice try.
been there.
chrome, firefox, waterfox (my main browser) edge and IE all tried.
guess what...
fails.
same issue.
if generic ansers like this are the goto answers just not gonna bother reporting anything cause thats huge waste of my time.
