So it began with a 'FREE' trial for 30 days - I needed one use out of it. Yes my fault, did not write down when to cancel, even got an email saying that I wasn't using Dropbox enough. 3 days after they charged my credit card, I see it on my statement = CA$312.48 I go to cancel. NOT knowing 2 things: When you drop down to BASIC plan, email support, live chat support and phone support aren't supported on the Basic plan. Chatbox is included but it's unhelpful, it takes you around in circles. Now I'm here in Community forums and I'm not sure if anyone with authority is able to help me get my money back. When you cancel your subscription, MOST subscriptions will still allow you to have access to your subscription features until the end of the active billing cycle. NOT THIS ONE. I automatically paid for the year, realized what happened, cancelled my subscription without knowing the first fact and now I'm screwed. Do I need to pay for Dropbox Plus, Professional, Essentials again? To maybe get my money back for the first payment and this second one? Well done corporate entity. Just as the program flashes automatically after installation and reinstalls, if you mouse over the icon, it is versioned up to 213.3.4480, which seems to be why the program continues to shut down. Is there a way to force it to go up to 213.3.4480?? What happens to your files when you don't pay for your business plan subscription? I no longer need a team or to share access. I just need a place to keep a ton of files to store. Will dropbox delete my account and files along with it? Billing and charge of subscription plan has not been processed through my Master Card. Please note, that the actual payment of the changed 119.88 Euros by PayPal DROPBOXINTE Ref. N235314369001GB has already been processed on the 21. October 2024. By E-Mail correspondencey of the ten / 10. November 2024 you downgraded my subscription plan. And now, you would even like to be trashing the stored data on the server space, which I already payed for the entire next year. With actual plan - I have no access what so-ever to an living operator from the Customer Support Team, not by Chat, nor do I have an E-mail response permissor, or a telephonic call in- call- out option. Hi For years I've had a Dropbox business account and last renewed in February for three members. But today I was locked out of it and my plan reverted to basic, meaning nowhere near enough data for me and my team. The reason may have been an expired credit card, even though my subscription should run through February 2025. Does anyone know how I can get back into my business account?
