Hi, we would like to upgrade from Plus to Business. The current Plus subscription has managed by the Apple App Store. We already cancelled the subscription there and it is already expired (as of 2024-11-19). However, it is still not possible to upgrade to business because it still claims that the subscription is managed by Apple App Store. Does anyone have an idea what else we can do to upgrade the account to Business without the use of the apple app store but directly from the Dropbox page? I received the below automated message today so logged in to cancel my account. However, my account info tells me that I'm a Basic user and not a Plus user. Therefore there is no way for me to -cancel the Plus subsciption. I left my job that my dropbox subscription is tied to. The subscription was paid for with my credit card and I was reimbursed. Now that I am no longer working there, I want to cancel the subscription, but the work email tied to it no longer exists/I do not have access to it. I have no ability to log in and cancel it. Because I cannot log in, I can only get "assistance" from the Chatbot which is no assistance at all. Les paiements étaient alors gérés par Apple et effectués mensuellement. Cet abonnement a été résilié, et je n’ai jamais souscrit d’abonnement annuel directement auprès de Dropbox. Cependant, depuis environ trois ans, un prélèvement annuel de 119,88 € est effectué sur mon compte PayPal. Malgré mes recherches sur mon compte Dropbox, je ne retrouve aucune trace de cet abonnement ni aucune facture associée. Hi I have a problem paying for my upgrade. I have had Dropbox Plus for ages but now the payment page just loops back after approving capcha without any errors. I had a case with advanced support. They closed it saying that it should be working now... but it doesnt. Not I just get a reply that it's not monitored as I've been downgraded to basic. even though i had not actively used it in quite some time.... I now come to find out that if i haven't "logged in" , my account has been deleted ? ( that makes sense - let's delete an active paying customers account ?!?!? ) So now when i try to call support it says to log in and request a call back. However when i log in , it prompts me to set up a new Free account - WHICH DOESN'T PROVIDE THE CALL BACK FEATURE !?!?!?!...... Hi my credit card has been charged AUD$184 via PayPal. However I have not signed up to a yearly subscription and there is no register of this on my account nor has there been an invoice sent. I did not authorize this charge. Please help.
