I just made a new dropbox account using my university email (not this account). I don't receive the verification email. I have added added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact but I still don't get the email. Hi. I have had a rekordbox account for a few years now, last year i changed creditcard, and my subscription timed out on AlphaTheta, my Dropbox Team account from Rekordbox became my personal account. I am not able to sign in to the Team account, due to my email is now connected to the personal account. Please need assistance with changing my email address linked to my business account as when I login the code is being sent to an old email address that we no longer have access to? Please can someone email me from support on how I go about changing this. Think we might need to disable multi factor authentication on the account, allow me to login and then change email and then add back again. Also can the pin not be sent to my cellphone as a further backup? Please can someone asssit or support reach out to me on email. I have a problem with Dropbox that is not related to my own Dropbox account. I have a dropbox employee okla login on my laptop and cannot do anything before logging into upon start up and setting up the computer -even external drives. I need a contact at Dropbox to resolve this. Context: I bought the laptop used on Craigslist. Apparently, it used to belong to Dropbox Inc. and brings up a remote management login window when trying to re/install the system, which only became evident when trying to upgrade OS now. I was only able to restore the laptop from a clone, but now the laptop brings up the notification "Dropbox can manage your computer". Request: I would like to get Dropbox to either claim their computer or deactivate their security network. I would be grateful for who do contact (email/phone) for this. Alternatively, is there something I can do? Trying to understand my options. I have been paying $19.99/month since February 2019, but apparently also have a free basic DropBox account. Each were created using two different email accounts, but when I try to login with either account, they both login to the same account - which is the free basic account, so I can't get any chat or email support to help me. All of the online "support" ends up with showing my plan as the basic, and I have no way to gain tech support via chat or email. Hi everyone, I'm posting this from a new Dropbox account because I'm completely locked out of my original one, and support hasn’t been helpful. I’ve been going back and forth with Dropbox support (Ticket #24909124) and keep getting the same scripted responses, even after clearly explaining that I don’t have access to: My old phone or number Any backup codes Any linked device I get that security is important, but there should be some way to recover an account—ID verification, billing info, anything. Right now it feels like I’m being shut out permanently with no real path forward. Has anyone dealt with this before or successfully escalated a similar issue? Is there a way to get past the generic support and reach someone who can actually review the situation? Would appreciate any advice or tips. PLEASE allow us to restrict the ability of external users to delete files and folders in a shared folder. I just ran into an issue where a user, that had edit permission, deleted all of the files and folders in a shared folder. Allow us to restrict the ability to delete by users. Or change the view permission to upload files and folders. This seems so easy to do, yet it doesn't happen. If I'm missing a setting, please enlighten me. Good morning, I have my company dropbox email but was not previously connected to our shared folders. Our Admin person sent a link to the shared folders. When I select it, it wants me to register. When I try to register is says the account (email) already exist. I also get a request to upgrade my account. This should not be the case as our company has and manages our Dropbox accounts. I've mistakenly upgraded my Dropbox storage plan with my wrong email address. I've had an account for years with 2TB storage and it was nearing full, so received many reminders to upgrade. What I think I then did was to pay for a new account by accident by using a wrong email address in the process. Spotting this I want to know how I can unwind this - one account all paid up?
