Thank you - I reinstalled and now have the options of online/offline for each file. I think I didn't click on the option for dropbox accessibility on the previous installation🙂👍

Hi There - yes we are both on the same version Dropbox. But I have noticed we are on slightly different OS - I'm on Ventura 13.0 but colleague is using 13.3.1 Could this be an issue?

Hi Rich Thanks for your reply, my operating system is Ventura 13.0 the dropbox version is v180.4.4912 Attached screen shots showing how my Sync preferences panel looks compared to my colleagues....
