View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
About 2.5 years ago on 6/4/20 a user asked whether there was any way to access bookmarks when viewing a PDF in the Dropbox PDF viewer in Chrome. Dropbox replied on 6/5/20 indicating that this was not possible, but that they would submit the suggestion to Dropbox staff to possibly incorporate that feature in the future. As of 1/5/23, it is still not possible to view bookmarks using the in-browser PDF viewer.
Has there been any updates on this issue since 6/5/20? It would be very useful to access bookmarks without having to download and save a PDF to your computer.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @DrSkull, thanks for messaging the Community.
The suggestion for that feature was closed in this thread. This means that there wasn't enough support to forward the suggestion to the development team.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Thanks Jay, appreciate the quick response. I guess the community has spoken. Seems like it would be a useful (at least to me and people I work with) and also fairly easy feature to incorporate.
