View/Access shared folder: Basic Subscription (Free Account)

A folder was shared with me (5gb)

When I click on the folder to open and (try to) view the files inside - I am given an "error" message: Not enough space. To add this folder, you'll need more space in your dropbox.

I have 0 bytes out of 2GB used.

Is there anyway I can view the files inside!? Why can't I even "open" the folder.

Help please!

You cannot view it because thats not the access you've been given - you have been given read/write access which needs to be put in to your account.

If you just need to view the files ask the owner instead to cancel that share and send a read only link instead 🙂
